    We want to get to know YOU as best we can, your goals, lifestyle, budget, everything to ensure we bring your vision to life!

    Honest conversations- finding out what is most important to YOU and explaining clearly what you can expect from us- is where it all starts. We will be with you each step of this journey in creating your project.

    Planning and design

    This is the part that in all honesty can take a while but with thorough planning and conversation we can minimise the potential for problems arising. This is often a step that can be overthought, the benefit of collaboratively planning and sequencing your project onto paper is priceless. This includes developing your project from a design and construction perspective. The builder will work with you and assist you with the process of liaising with a draftsman, architect, building surveyor and assist with permit approvals if and when required.

    Accuracy through information

    Gathering comprehensive information about your project will ensure accurate cost estimates and timelines can be provided to you. We are a small family run business and can appreciate the costs of living and the need for budgets and adherence.

  • We LOVE to renovate but also build from scratch! We have an eye for renovation and with your vision can push the boundaries to what is possible. You’re not only renovating your home, but you are also crafting a lifetime of memories. These are the memories that will stay.

  • We are not volume builders who outsource trades. This is where miscommunication and less than ideal finishes can occur to your project. We utilise and trust all our trades to complete alongside us, a finish that we ourselves, would be ecstatic with. We are human and sometimes things are out of our control, if for some reason you notice a finish that you are not happy with, we take full responsibility and will work with you to rectify this and ensure you are happy.

We are smaller than your commercialised builders, therefore you will personally communicate with both Jeffrey & Gemma. We pride ourselves on being actively involved in all aspects of your renovation/build. You will never have to repeat yourself and your concerns will never go astray.

A renovation/home is built on understanding. We take our time to listen and really understand what you want to create! With a meticulous eye for detail and thoughtful consideration we can bring your vision to life.
